The lettings market remains red hot and rents continue to rise!

Even as we head towards the end of the year, we're still registering a high number of tenants and demand for rental properties remains strong.
A real lack of stock throughout the year, coupled with the return of students and workers to London has made searching for a property extremely challenging for tenants.

We've consistently achieved rent increases across the board and in some cases tenants have offered over the asking price to secure the right property.

This week we let a four bedroom property in Bethnal Green within 24 hours and achieved a Β£400 pcm increase on last years rent.
We received at least 20 enquiries within the first few hours of advertising.

The above example gives an indication of how the lettings market has been this year, with no signs of a slow down.
