Looking to let out your property in the next 3 months?

There's no doubt that the lettings market generally slows down between November and January, the idea of moving in December does not appeal to many.
However we continue to find ourselves in a very strong market, with unusually low stock levels and a high demand from prospective tenants. This year has been particular difficult for people looking to rent, with supply low, rents have risen and competition for rental property has been fierce with a large number of our lets agreed at over asking prices.
Tenants are having to do whatever is necessary in order to secure accommodation including moving close to the Christmas period and as such we are registering tenants who are available to move as soon as a suitable property is found including December.

It seems as though stock levels will remain low over the coming months and may only start to ease in the spring/summer when a higher percentage of tenancies end.

With rents still high, it could be a great time to get your property listed and marketed to good quality tenants.

If you have a property that will be available to rent over the coming months then we'd love to help. You can book a free valuation here > https://www.lloydsres.com/valuation or contact our Bethnal Green office on 0207 033 9888 or our Woodford Green office on 0208 505 6494
