Increase in tenant enquiries after Boris announces 'Road-map' out of Covid

We've seen an increase in tenant enquiries over the past couple of weeks and have agreed 60% more lets compared to the two weeks prior.

PM Boris Johnson has detailed the way out of the Covid nightmare, and the light at the end of the tunnel does now finally seem to be in sight.

With a clearer idea of where we might be by the summer, people are now able to start making plans and moving forward.

As such we have seen an increase in tenant enquiries across the board and have agreed a good number of lets within the past week.
